DESIGN FEES AND SERVICE INFORMATION:
Charges don't apply to every project, please contact us for appropriate fee and schedules
CONSULTATION:
A consultation is the predecessor to a conceptual design. We will address the problems and issues of your outdoor environment and create a list of requirements and accomplishments to allow an in depth design to be completed.

DESIGN:
A conceptual design will be completed with your desired wants and needs.
During this stage we will compile all the information from our consultation
and develop an overall plan. During the design phase we will create a detail
plan view design listing everything encompassed in the project. Upon completion
we will meet with you to discuss likes and dislikes on the design and modify
as necessary. This phase usually takes two to three settings. After a final
review and acceptance you can purchase the design or move into the estimating
phase with vision quest.

RETAINERS:
Vision Quest has a 50% retainer for all design work. After the initial consultation,
fees will be discussed for the design phase of the project. The retainer
initiates the design process. Upon a contractual agreement in the build
process all consultation fees and design fees will be waived and money paid
will go towards the initial deposit.
